Shipping and Delivery 

Orders take up to 2-5 working days to be picked and packed. Once your order has been processed, it is sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and will arrive within the following 1-3 days (UK). Please allow longer for Europe and Rest of World (up to 3 weeks).

Please note there are certain situations that are beyond our control and may delay your delivery.
 
UK: From £8.95 fixed fee for Royal Mail Special Delivery, depending on product
EU: From £15.50 for Royal Mail international tracked and signed (prices include all duties and taxes)
USA: From £28.00 for Royal Mail international tracked and signed (prices exclude all duties and taxes)
International: From £25.00 for Royal Mail international tracked and signed (prices exclude all duties and taxes)

All items are shipped from Houghton Hall, based in the United Kingdom.
 
Local taxes and import duties incurred entering the EU, US or any another country will be the responsibility of the receiver. Please be informed how much these taxes are before the shipment arrives.
